摘 要:目的探讨主动呼吸循环技术功能锻炼对脑卒中合并肺部感染患者肺功能康复的效果。方法选择本院2020年8月至2021年10月脑卒中合并肺部感染患者109例,随机分为对照组54例和观察组55例。对照组给予常规临床治疗和传统叩拍排痰训练,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合主动呼吸循环技术功能锻炼,比较两组肺部感染症状体征、机体炎症反应、肺功能。结果观察组干预后,咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后,白细胞(WBC)计数、超敏C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后,峰值呼气流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、最大吸气压(MIP)、最大呼气压(MEP)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论主动呼吸循环技术功能锻炼治疗脑卒中合并肺部感染患者效果显著,能够有效改善患者肺部感染症状体征,减轻机体炎症反应,提高肺功能。Objective To study the effect of functional exercise with active respiratory circulation technique on pulmonary function rehabilitation in patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 109 patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection in our department from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(55 cases).The control group received traditional tapping expectoration training,and the observation group received functional exercise combined with active respiratory circulation technology on the basis of the control group.The symptoms and signs of lung infection,inflammatory response and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the disappearance time of cough,sputum,lung rill and clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the WBC count and CRP level of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP)and maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional exercise of active respiratory circulation technique has a significant effect on the treatment of cerebral apoplexy with pulmonary infection,which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of pulmonary infection in patients,reduce the body's inflammatory response,improve lung function.
