摘　　要：隔姜灸作为一种传统的中医外治疗法,因其取材方便、价格低廉、疗效稳定、操作简单等特点,加之其有振奋阳气、通络除湿、驱寒温阳、温通气血等多种功效,在临床多种疾病中应用比较广泛,特别是在虚寒、陷下等疾病中的疗效显著。近年来涌现出了众多通过隔姜灸治疗腹泻的文献,本文就隔姜灸治疗腹泻的作用机制、穴位选择、操作方法、疗程及疗效评价等作一综述,以期发现存在的问题,为腹泻的临床治疗提供参考,为隔姜灸治疗腹泻的临床应用及发展提供依据。As a traditional external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,ginger-separated moxibustion has many functions,such as convenient material acquisition,low price,stable curative effect,simple operation,and many effects,such as invigorating yang,dredging collaterals and dehumidification,expelling cold and warming yang,warming qi and blood,and so on.Therefore,it is widely used in many clinical diseases,especially in deficiency cold,depression and other diseases.In recent years,there have been many literatures on the treatment of diarrhea by ginger-separated moxibustion.This paper reviews the mechanism,acupoint selection,operation method,course of treatment and curative effect evaluation of ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea,in order to find the existing problems and provide reference for the clinical treatment of diarrhea and the clinical application and development of ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea.
