摘 要:硫化纳米零价铁(S-nZVI)在降解Cr(Ⅵ)和三氯乙烯(TCE)的复合污染时,Cr(Ⅵ)极易与S-nZVI表面发生钝化,严重抑制了TCE的降解。在这项研究中,将S-nZVI的化学还原与硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的生物作用相结合,对TCE和Cr(Ⅵ)复合污染物进行降解。结果表明,与独立的S-nZVI相比,在SRB培养基中培养后的S-nZVI,由于SRB的作用减少了表面钝化,表现出更高的脱氯效率,培养12 h后的脱氯效率为84.15%,是单独硫化纳米零价铁脱氯效率的1.9倍。同时,通过与S-nZVI偶联,为SRB提供了合适的生长条件与电子供体,提高了SRB去除重金属的效率。总体而言,SRB-S-nZVI系统中表现出的协同作用可能提供一种有价值的修复策略,以克服独立的S-nZVI脱氯方法在复合污染物中减少氯代有机污染物方面的局限性。When sulfidated nanoscale zerovalent iron(S-nZVI)degrades the combined pollution of Cr(Ⅵ)and trichloroethylene(TCE),Cr(Ⅵ)will passivate the surface of S-nZVI,which seriously inhibits the degradation of TCE.In this study,the chemical reduction of S-nZVI was combined with the biological action of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB),and the reactivity was evaluated with the composite pollutant prepared by TCE and Cr(Ⅵ).The result showed that compared with the independent S-nZVI,S-nZVI cultured in SRB medium reduced surface passivation and showed higher dechlorination efficiency due to the effect of SRB.The dechlorination efficiency after 12 h of culture was 84.15%,which was 1.9 times that of sulfide nano zerovalent iron alone.At the same time,by coupling with S-nZVI,it provides suitable growth conditions and electron donors for SRB,and improves the efficiency of SRB in removing heavy metals.Overall,the synergy shown in the SRB-S-nZVI system may provide a valuable remediation strategy to overcome the limitations of independent S-nZVI dechlorination methods in reducing chlorinated organic pollutants in composite pollutants.
