摘  要:林湾油区采用清污混注的注水开采方式,注水系统结垢严重,影响正常生产。分析油田注入水(清水、回注水)水质,进行了清水与回注水之间的结垢趋势预测;采用X-射线衍射法(XRD)对清污混注系统的水垢样品进行了分析研究。结果表明,清水与地层水之间不配伍,水垢以硫酸钡锶垢为主,混有少量的碳酸钙垢。详细探讨了影响油田注入水不配伍的机理,提出了预防方案。Sulfated scaling of oilfield injected water has a great adverse effect on production.Based on the water quality analysis results of injected water,the trend of sulphate and carbonate scaling may be deduced.The scaling samples of injected water system were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that there was incompatibility between clean water and formation water and the scale samples were mainly barium strontium sulfate scale,and mixed with a small amount of calcium carbonate scale.The factors affecting the incompatibility of injected water in oil field were discussed and the prevention scheme was put forward.
