摘  要:通过溶胶-凝胶法和常压干燥结合制备高弹性GA。首先使用绿色还原剂VC使氧化石墨烯分散液水热凝胶化,通过调控还原过程利用冰晶成型和生长控制GA内部孔径大小以及无水乙醇梯度置换溶剂减小常压干燥过程中溶剂蒸发时毛细管力对GA的影响,防止其内部骨架坍塌导致体积过度收缩。然后通过SEM、Raman、XRD、XPS、BET、电子万能试验机等测试方法对GA进行表征分析和压缩性能测试。结果表明,常压干燥制备的GA具有低密度、高比表和多孔结构以及较强的压缩性能和循环性能。High elastic GA was prepared by sol-gel method and atmospheric drying method.The first to use green reductant VC make graphene oxide dispersion water thermal gelation,by regulating the reduction process using ice crystals forming and growth control GA internal aperture size and anhydrous ethanol solvent gradient replacement to reduce the solvent evaporation in the atmospheric drying process the effect of capillary force,prevent the skeleton collapse into gel volume contraction.Then through scanning electron microscope(SEM),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),automatic specific surface and porosity analyzer(BET),universal electronic testing machine and other testing methods to characterize the analysis and compression performance test.The results show that the GA prepared by atmospheric drying has low density,high specific surface,porous structure,and strong compression and cycling properties.
