摘 要:通过季铵化反应合成了一种长链单体HJX-1,并进行四元自由基水溶液聚合,合成了一种支链型聚合物压裂液稠化剂HAPAM-H。利用FTIR、1H NMR及SEM表征手段确定了产物结构。经过评价测试,HAPAM-H水溶液是以弹性为主导的黏弹性流体。将HAPAM-H支链型聚合物引入CO_(2)泡沫压裂液体系作为液相,在120℃及170 s^(-1)剪切速率条件下液相表观黏度能够保持在60 mPa·s以上。对体系泡沫性能进行测试,仅需0.05%起泡剂,起泡效率可达341%,80℃条件下泡沫压裂液体系泡沫析液半衰期可达80 h。实验结果表明,所合成的支链型压裂液能够与CO_(2)配伍,且所构建的CO_(2)泡沫压裂液体系性能稳定。Using quaternization reaction a long-chain monomer HJX-1 was synthesized.Subsequently,a branched-chain copolymer HAPAM-H was synthesized using the free radical polymerization of 4 kind of monomer.The structure of the product was determined by FTIR,1H NMR and SEM characterization methods.Tested results showed the branched-chain copolymer fracturing fluid HAPAM-H is a viscoelastic fluid dominated by elasticity.HAPAM-H was introduced to the CO_(2) foamed fracturing fluid system as liquid phase and the apparent viscosity of the liquid phase could maintain above 60 mPa·s under 120℃and 170 s^(-1) shear rate.The foam performance of the system was tested,with only 0.05%foaming agent the foaming efficiency could reach 341%,and the half-life of foam liquid elution could reach 80 h at 80℃.In conclusion the synthesized branched fracturing fluid is compatible with CO_(2) and the CO_(2) foamed fracturing fluid which contains HAPAM-H exhibited stable characteristics.
