摘  要:采用高铁酸钾和粉末活性炭处理苯酚微污染原水,研究粉末活性炭投加量、高铁酸钾与粉末活性炭的投加顺序、高铁酸钾投加量、原水pH、温度、搅拌速度、反应时间对苯酚去除率的影响,并用生成的顺丁烯二酸和草酸作为水质安全性指标。结果表明,先投加高铁酸钾(与苯酚质量比为25∶1),随后投加粉末活性炭4.0 mg/L,在原水pH为8,温度30℃,搅拌速度180 r/min,反应时间40 min为苯酚原水的最佳处理条件,处理后苯酚去除率可达60.8%,水中残留苯酚浓度达到生活饮用水卫生标准(GB 5749—2006);此时生成的顺丁烯二酸和草酸占比大于50%,而有毒性中间体对苯二酚只占1.4%左右,对苯醌只占3.3%左右。可见高铁酸钾和粉末活性炭联合处理微污染苯酚原水不仅高效,而且具有较高的水质安全性。The potassium ferrate and powdered activated carbon is used to treat slightly polluted phenol raw water,the effect of dosage of powdered activated carbon,dosing sequence of potassium ferrate and powdered activated carbon,dosage of potassium ferrate,raw water pH,reaction temperature,tirting speeds and reaction time on the removal rate of phenol was studied,and the generated maleic acid and oxalic acid were selected as water quality safety indexes.The results showed that the best treatment conditions for phenol raw water are to add potassium ferrate(mass ratio to phenol is 25∶1),then add 4.0 mg/L powdered activated carbon,when the pH of raw water is 8,the temperature is 30℃,the stirring speed is 180 r/min,and the reaction time is 40 min.After treatment,the phenol removal rate can reach 60.8%,and the residual phenol concentration in the water can meet the hygienic standard of drinking water(GB 5749-2006).At this time,maleic acid and oxalic acid account for more than 50%,while hydroquinone,a toxic intermediate,accounts for only about 1.4%and p-benzoquinone for only about 3.3%.It can be seen that the combined treatment of slightly polluted phenol raw water by potassium ferrate and powdered activated carbon is not only efficient,but also has high water quality safety.
