摘 要:以辽河油田某区块脱水脱气稠油为研究对象,以降黏率和分水率为主要指标,系统研究了数种表面活性剂在进行乳化降黏实验时的降黏效果和稳定性。选出降黏率高的试剂与稳定性好的试剂进行复配,优选配比后再与碱进行复配进一步提高稳定性。结果表明,单剂中非离子表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚APE-9降黏效果最好,降黏率达到99%,但稳定性较差,分水率为63.90%。两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10在稳定性方面表现较好,分水率分别为4.17%,8.78%;二元复配体系中,APE-9、CAB-35的最优复配比为3∶1,乳状液表观黏度略微上升,但降黏率保持98%以上,稳定性得到极大提高,分水率为10%;三元体系中,APE-9、CAB-35、Na_(2)CO_(3)复配比为6∶2∶3时效果最好,降黏率达到99%,分水率为1.4%。This paper takes degassed heavy oil in a block of Liaohe oilfield as the research object,and takes viscosity reduction rate and water separation rate as the main indexes,systematically studies the viscosity reduction effect and stability of several surfactants during emulsification viscosity reduction experiment.The reagents with high viscosity reduction were selected and mixed with the reagents with good stability,and then mixed with alkali to further improve the stability.The results show that the viscosity reduction effect of single non-ionic surfactant alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether APE-9 is the best,the viscosity reduction rate reaches 99%,but the stability is poor,the water separation rate is 63.90%.The amphoteric ionic surfactants cocamide-propyl betaine CAB-35 and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether OP-10 showed good stability,with water fraction of 4.17% and 8.78%,respectively.In the binary compound system,the optimal compound ratio of APE-9 and CAB-35 was 3∶1.The apparent viscosity of the emulsion increased slightly,but the viscosity reduction rate remained above 98%.The stability was greatly improved,and the water fraction was 10%.In ternary system,when the compound ratio of APE-9,CAB-35 and Na_(2)CO_(3) was 6∶2∶3,the viscosity reduction rate was 99%and water separation rate was 1.4%.
