摘 要:采用完全液相法制得不同Ti含量的CuFeTi浆状催化剂。通过XRD、H_(2)-TPR、BET、CO-TPD-MS、NH_(3)-TPD-MS等进行表征,探究在220℃、3 MPa下低温催化CO加氢合成低碳醇的性能。结果表明,适宜含量的Ti助剂有助于降低Cu^(0)晶粒尺寸,增强Cu^(0)晶粒的稳定性,提高催化剂中Cu^(+)和Fe_(x)C含量,增强CuFe间的协同作用,显著抑制了水煤气变换反应,降低了CO_(2)选择性。其中CF-Ti_(0.6)表现出最佳的催化性能,在220℃、3 MPa下,总醇选择性45.09%,低碳醇占比54.85%,CO_(2)选择性仅为14.89%。CuFeTi catalysts with different Ti content were prepared by the complete liquid-phase method.CuFeTi catalysts were characterized by XRD,H_(2)-TPR,BET,CO-TPD-MS,NH_(3)-TPD-MS.The activity for low-temperature synthesis of higher alcohols from CO hydrogenation at 220℃,3 MPa were evaluated.The result showed that the suitable Ti promoter can reduce the grain size of Cu^(0),strengthen the grain stability of Cu^(0),increase the content of Cu^(+) and Fe_(x)C in the catalyst,strengthen the synergistic effect between CuFe,significantly inhibit the water-gas shift reaction and reduce the selectivity of CO_(2).CF-Ti_(0.6) showed the optimal catalytic performance and the selectivity was 45.09%for total alcohols,54.85%for low carbon alcohols and only 14.89%for CO_(2) at 220℃,3 MPa.
