摘 要:采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(SPFS)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和磁种联合投加的方式对条斑紫菜生产废水进行预处理。结果表明,在PAC和SPFS投加比例为1∶1,投加总量300 mg/L,PAM和磁种投加量为5,300 mg/L条件下,色度、浊度、COD、NH_(3)-N去除率分别为86.13%,95.67%,53.23%,47.86%;磁种作为絮体核心提高了絮体的密实度和沉降性能;磁混凝能有效去除废水中的色素蛋白物质,对类富里酸和类色氨酸物质去除效果明显。污染物去除机理为吸附电中和、吸附架桥以及网捕卷扫作用。The combined addition of polyaluminum chloride(PAC),polymerized ferrous sulfate(SPFS),polyacrylamide(PAM)and magnetic seed was performed to pretreat porphyra wastewater.The result showed that the ratio of PAC and SPFS was 1∶1,the total dosage was 300 mg/L,the dosage of PAM was 5 mg/L,the dosage of magnetic seed was 300 mg/L,the removal rate of chroma,turbidity,COD and NH_(3)-N were 86.13%,95.67%,53.23%,47.86%.As the core of flocs,magnetic seed improved the compactness and settling property of flocs.Chromoprotein was removed effectively by magnetic coagulation in wastewater.Magnetic coagulation have significant removal effects on fulvic acid-like and tryptophan analogues.The mechanism of pollutant removal was analyzed by adsorption electric neutralization,adsorption bridge and sweep flocculation.
