摘  要:为了实现在常温下长距离输送稠油,以分水率和降黏率作为主要指标,以两性表面活性剂LAB-35作为主剂,控制其亲油端相同或亲水端相近,系统研究亲水端不同或亲油端不同的表面活性剂与LAB-35的协同作用机理。二元体系中加入有机碱,进一步提高乳化效果,并优选出最优复配体系。结果表明,LAB-35单独使用时,3 h分水率最低为8.3%,此时降黏率达到95.47%。AEO-8、AEO-12与LAB-35协同作用较差,BS-12与LAB-35协同作用不明显,SDS与LAB-35协同作用较强,3 h分水率最低达到2.9%,降黏率为93.85%,随着SDS比例进一步增大,稳定性降低。二元体系加入少量三乙醇胺(TEOA),优选出质量分数为2.3%LAB-35+0.7%SDS+0.2%TEOA的最优方案,降黏率达到94.6%,3 h分水率1.9%,24 h分水率16.7%。In order to realize the long-distance transportation of heavy oil at normal temperature,the water separation rate and viscosity reduction rate are taken as the main indicators,and the amphoteric surfactant LAB-35 is selected as the main agent,which control their lipophilic ends to be the same or similar to the hydrophilic ends,and systematically study the synergistic mechanism between surfactants with different hydrophilic ends or lipophilic ends and LAB-35.The organic base was added to the binary system to further improve the emulsifying effect,and the optimal compound system was selected.The results show that when LAB-35 is used alone,the minimum water separation rate in 3 h is 8.3%,and the viscosity reduction rate reaches 95.47%.The synergy between AEO-8,AEO-12 and LAB-35 is poor,the synergy between BS-12 and LAB-35 is not obvious,and the synergy between SDS and LAB-35 is strong.The 3 h water separation rate is the lowest,reaching 2.9%.The viscosity reduction rate is 93.85%.With the further increase of the proportion of SDS,the stability decreases.After adding a small amount of TEOA into the binary system,the optimal scheme with mass fraction of 2.3%LAB-35+0.7%SDS+0.2%TEOA is selected.The viscosity reduction rate is 94.6%,the water diversion rate in 3 h is 1.9%and the water diversion rate in 24 h is 16.7%.
