摘  要:介绍了烷烃加氢异构化反应机理,包括分子筛的择形催化和正构烷烃在双功能催化剂上的加氢异构化反应过程。综述了双功能催化剂载体孔道尺寸、晶粒大小、酸强度、酸类型以及金属种类、分散度对烷烃异构化过程的影响。分析表明,选择孔径适宜、具有较高酸含量和酸强度的分子筛可提高异构产物收率,采用适宜方式负载金属得到高分散度且分布均匀的负载金属的分子筛有利于烷烃异构化反应。重点讨论了双功能催化剂金属和酸之间的协同作用——金属中心与酸中心的比例和金属中心与酸中心的距离对烷烃异构化的影响。提出金属中心与酸中心合适的比例和距离是提高双功能催化剂反应活性的关键。The mechanism of hydroisomerization of alkanes was introduced,including the shape selectivity of zeolite and the hydroisomerization reaction process of n-alkanes on bifunctional catalysts.The effects of the characteristics such as pore size,crystal particle size,acid strength,acid type,metal type and dispersion on the isomerization of alkanes were reviewed.The results showed that the yield of isomerization products can be improved by selecting zeolite with appropriate pore size,high acid content and acid strength.The highly dispersed and evenly distributed metals on the bifunctional catalyst are beneficial to the alkane isomerization reaction.The synergistic effect between metal and acid on catalysts,including the ratio of metal center to acid center and the distance between metal center and acid center,was discussed.It was suggested that the appropriate ratio and distance between metal and acid is the key to improving the activity of bifunctional catalysts.
