摘　　要：文章从建筑策划入手,以低碳理念为背景并结合中小学教学楼的特殊性,以此建构CRS模式下寒地低碳中小学教学楼建筑策划的信息要素,同时从基地的选择、空间形态布局、建筑技术、室内环境等方面提出优化策略。开展寒地低碳中小学教学楼策划研究,进而科学地指导后期规划设计和运营管理。The paper starts with architectural planning,takes the low-carbon concept as the background and combines the particularity of primary and secondary school teaching buildings to construct the information elements of the architectural planning of low-carbon primary and secondary school teaching buildings in cold regions under the CRS model.Optimization strategies are proposed in terms of layout,building technology,and indoor environment.Carry out planning and research on low-carbon primary and secondary school teaching buildings in cold regions,and then scientifically guide the later planning,design and operation management.
