存量更新背景下的大学校园规划实践探索--以《清华大学校园总体规划(2021-2030年)》为例

摘　　要：清华大学历经一百多年的发展建设,已建成底蕴深厚的美丽校园,并仍在不断改善提升。在我国加快建设生态文明和全面构建国土空间规划体系背景下,在建设世界一流大学的事业发展目标下,清华大学组织编制完成第十次校园规划,即《清华大学校园总体规划(2021—2030年)》。与历次校园规划以增量为主、引领支撑校园规模不断扩大不同,该规划是一次以存量为主的规划,规划重点是保护、传承校园历史和优化提升空间品质。文章剖析了新形势下总体规划在工作方法、技术内容、规划实施等方面的实践经验,以期为其他高校校园规划建设提供借鉴。After more than 100 years of development and construction,Tsinghua University has built a beautiful campus with profound background,which is constantly being improved.China is currently speeding up the construction of ecological civilization and the territorial and spatial planning system.In order to build a world-class university,the"Tsinghua University Campus Master Plan(2021-2030)"has been compiled.It is the tenth plan of Tsinghua University,the previous plans are mainly based on incremental development and scale expansion.This plan is a stock-based plan,and the focus is to protect and inherit the history and optimize the spatial quality.This paper analyzes the practical experience in terms of working methods,technical content,planning implementation,etc.under the new situation,in order to provide reference for the planning and construction of other college campuses.
