摘　　要：研究基于梯度理论,通过对历史街区保护更新中,保护与更新的程度在保护价值、区位环境、历史文脉等方面出现的分化现象进行界定,建立梯度视角下保护与更新理论框架,结合保元里片保护更新实践,从保护分级、风貌特征、业态功能三个方面,进行保护与更新框架综合应用,以期能促进历史街区保护更新实施的精细化水平,避免单一、静态的保护模式对遗产价值、空间体验丰富性和城市发展弹性造成损害。Based on the gradient theory,the research defines the differentiation phenomenon of the degree of protection and renewal in the protection and renewal of historical blocks in terms of protection value,location environment and historical context,establishes the theoretical framework of protection and renewal from the perspective of gradient,and combines the protection and renewal practice of Baoyuanli District from three aspects:protection classification,style characteristics and business functions,the comprehensive application of the protection and renewal framework is expected to promote the refinement level of the implementation of the protection and renewal of historical blocks,and avoid the damage caused by the single and static protection mode to the heritage value,the richness of spatial experience and the elasticity of urban development.
