面向实施的线性文化遗产保护利用规划编制思考--以大运河徐州段为例

摘　　要：大运河文化保护传承利用工作是国家重点推进的系统性工程,承担着“讲好运河故事,坚定文化自信”的历史使命。在研究明晰大运河作为线性文化遗产的内涵基础上,文章梳理出当前大运河保护传承利用工作中可能存在的难点。以大运河徐州段为例,立足运河文化资源禀赋与历史脉络提炼文化特质与价值,依托资源点分布组织沿线文化空间,并进一步以运河文化为主线提出契合发展实际的沿线地区发展策略,初步探索形成新时期面向实施的线性文化遗产规划编制方法。The protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture is a systematic project promoted by the state,which undertakes the historical mission of telling the canal story well and strengthening cultural confidence.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the Grand Canal as a linear cultural heritage,this paper sorts out the possible difficulties in the protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal.Taking Xuzhou section of the Grand Canal as an example,this paper refines the cultural characteristics and values based on the cultural resource endowment and historical context of the canal,organizes the cultural space along the canal by relying on the spatial distribution of resources,and further puts forward the development strategy of regions along the canal that is consistent with the actual development with the canal culture as the main line,and preliminarily explores the formation of the implementation-oriented linear cultural heritage planning method in the new era.
