摘　　要：屋顶花园作为学生在校园中教育结合自然的场所,合理的设计策略能够引导场地的景观设计,以此提升场地的使用效能,同时起到美化校园环境、承担自然教学任务等作用。文章以南京市某小学屋顶花园为研究区域,基于使用者需求和场地实际情况,引入景观绩效评价理念,通过调研、问卷数据分析等方法构建景观评价体系并探究构建过程对其的影响,据此提出评价体系构建与设计策略的研究方法。有效的景观绩效评价体系能够促成合理的设计策略的形成,有效引导后续具体设计。As a place where students combine education with nature on campus,the roof can be guided by reasonable design strategies,so as to improve the use efficiency of the site,beautify the campus environment and undertake the task of nature teaching.In this paper,taking the roof garden of Lhasa Road Primary School in Nanjing as the research area,based on the user's needs and the actual situation of the site,the concept of landscape performance evaluation is introduced,and the site-specific landscape performance evaluation standards are formulated by means of investigation and questionnaire data analysis.Based on this,the design strategy research method of"evaluation system construction and design strategy formation"is put forward.An effective landscape performance evaluation system can promote the formation of reasonable design strategies and effectively guide the subsequent specific design.
