建设文化城市的意义及路径——以漯河市建设中华汉字文化名城为例

摘　　要：中国改革开放后,城市建设快速发展,城市规模不断扩大,出现了商业城市、旅游城市和历史文化名城,但很少提出建设文化城市这一目标的。从城市发展趋势出发,提出积极建设文化城市,建设文化城市具有十分重要的意义。以漯河市建设汉字文化名城为例,深入探讨建设文化城市的具体路径与方法。建设文化城市不仅能提升城市品位,还能提升市民居住环境和生活质量。After China’s reform and opening up,urban construction has developed rapidly and the scale of cities has been expanding.With the emergence of commercial cities,tourist cities,historical and cultural cities,etc.,but few have proposed the goal of building cultural cities.From the development trend of the city,this paper puts forward that cultural cities should be actively built,which is of great significance.Taking building the fa⁃mous city of Chinese Character culture in Luohe as an example,this paper probes into the specific path and methods of building a cultural city.Building a cultural city can not only improve the city grade but also improve citizens’living environment and quality of life.
