摘 要:带电施工作业过程中,施工单位需派遣具有多年施工经验、一次安装/保护专业等能力的人员进行现场踏勘,目测带电作业是否超越安全距离,缺乏定量分析,存在较大误差,增加了施工安全风险。为此提出了一种基于工序梳理和三维模型的近电作业安全距离判断方法,通过工序实施和电力设备带电状态判断,实现近电作业的安全风险识别,保障了带电作业过程中人员和设备的安全。During live construction work,the construction unit needs to dispatch personnel with years of construction experience and the ability to perform one-time installation/protection to conduct on-site surveys.There is a large error in visual inspection of whether the live operation exceeds the safe distance,and there is a lack of quantitative analysis,which increases the construction safety risk.To this end,a method for judging the safety distance of near-power operation based on process sorting and three-dimensional model is proposed.Through the implementation of the process and the judgment of the live state of the power equipment,the safety risk identification of the near-power operation is realized,and the safety of the personnel and equipment during the live operation is guaranteed.
