摘  要:城市高压电网部署以电缆沟道(隧道)为主,而电缆设备具有高电压、大电流、长距离、环境复杂等特点,传统的线路运行管理模式存在安全隐患,建立电缆隧道在线监测系统是解决高填方场地地下电缆沟道大变形、不均匀沉降及垮塌风险的关键。通过各种变形监测技术,实时在线获取电缆沟道壁变形、基础沉降、土体位移等参数,研究结构变形、沉降规律及相应的控制标准,建立有效表征电缆沟壁成品质量变形的基本数据架构和实时监测数据库,并提出相应的预警阈值,构建后端环境自动监测系统及预警平台。在此基础上,依托边缘物联代理,开发基建全过程综合数字化管理平台,形成直观、应用性强的辅助决策系统,服务原位施工及运营预警,对风险隐患提前预警、防范,推动电力基建工程传统管控模式向智能化、自动化、数字化转型升级。The deployment of urban high-voltage power grids is mainly based on cable trenches(tunnels),and the cable equipment has the characteristics of high voltage,large current,long distance,and complex environment.The traditional line operation management mode has potential safety hazards.The establishment of an online monitoring system for cable tunnels is the key to solving the risks of large deformation,uneven settlement and collapse of underground cable trenches in high-fill sites.Through various deformation monitoring technologies,parameters such as cable trench wall deformation,foundation settlement and soil displacement can be obtained online in real time to study structural deformation,settlement rules and corresponding control standards.The basic data structure and real-time monitoring database that effectively characterize the quality distortion of cable groove products are established,and the corresponding warning threshold is put forward,and the back-end environment automatic monitoring system and warning platform are built.On this basis,relying on the edge IoT agent,a comprehensive digital management platform for the whole process of infrastructure construction is developed,and an intuitive and highly applicable auxiliary decision-making system is formed.The system serves in-situ construction and operation early warning,provides early warning and prevention of potential risks,and promotes the transformation and upgrading of the traditional management and control mode of power infrastructure projects to intelligent,automated and digital.
