摘 要:针对某地区500 kV变电站基建工程二次专业验收时间长的问题,通过现状调查分析,统计出竣工验收过程时间占比为71.35%,其中二次回路核查时间在竣工验收时间的占比为81.79%,是主要症结。通过逐一分析造成二次回路核查时间长的10个末端因素,得到重复传动试验和图纸核对准确率低两个主要因素。对此提出并实施了研发智能传动助手和搭建自动图纸核对平台两个对策。对策实施后,验收时长缩短为现状的44.8%,主要症结时间占比由81.79%降为19.87%,验证了对策的有效性。In view of the long time for the secondary professional acceptance of the 500 kV substation infrastructure project in a certain area,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation,it is found that 71.35%of the time spent in the acceptance process is completed,and 81.79%of the time spent in the second circuit checking is the main crux.By analyzing the 10 end factors that cause the long checking time of the secondary circuit one by one,two main factors were obtained:the repeated transmission test and the low accuracy rate of drawing checking.In this regard,two countermeasures were put forward and implemented:developing an intelligent transmission assistant and building an automatic drawing verification platform.After the implementation of the countermeasures,the acceptance time was shortened to 44.8%of the status quo,and the proportion of the main crux time was reduced from 81.79%to 19.87%,which verified the effectiveness of the countermeasures.
