摘 要:三相电缆与金属管道邻近敷设时,电缆会在邻近的金属管道上产生电磁耦合,对管道及工作人员的安全产生影响。为研究埋地电缆对金属管道电磁影响的特点,首先建立了单回电力电缆与金属管道的计算模型,通过将仿真结果与已有数据比较,证明了建模计算方法的有效性;其次分析了埋地金属管道感应电压的多种影响因素和影响规律;最后计算分析了实际的四回110 kV电力电缆与金属管道邻近敷设的电磁影响,对正常运行和单相短路接地时的人身和管道安全进行了评估。结果表明:电缆敷设方式、管道与电缆的并行长度和并行间距对管道感应电压影响较大;正常运行和单相短路情况下,同一因素对金属管道感应电压的影响不完全一致;合理设计埋地电力电缆线路路径可有效减小对邻近埋地金属管道的电磁影响。When a three-phase cable is laid adjacent to a metal pipe,the cable will produce electromagnetic coupling on the adjacent metal pipe,which will affect the safety of the pipe and the worker.In order to study the electromagnetic effect of buried cables on metal pipelines,a calculation model for single-circuit power cables and metal pipelines is established.By comparing the simulation results with the existing data,the validity of the modeling calculation method is proved.Secondly,the influence factors and rules of induction voltage of buried metal pipeline are analyzed.Finally,the electromagnetic effects of the actual four-way 110 kV power cable laying adjacent to the metal pipeline are calculated and analyzed,and the personal and pipeline safety during normal operation and single-phase short-circuit grounding are evaluated.Finally,the electromagnetic effects of the actual four-way 110 kV power cable laying adjacent to the metal pipeline are calculated and analyzed,and the personal and pipeline safety during normal operation and single-phase short-circuit grounding are evaluated.The results show that the cable laying method,the length and spacing of the pipeline and the cable have great influence on the induced voltage of the pipeline.The influence of the same factor on the induced voltage of metal pipes is inconsistent under normal operation and single-phase short circuit conditions.Reasonable design of buried power cable line paths can effectively reduce the electromagnetic impact on adjacent buried metal pipelines.
