摘　　要：梳理了深圳某开关厂KYN48A-12开关柜多次拒动故障情况,从二次回路着手分析故障原因,锁定缺陷分别是控制回路设备老化和信号回路盲区导致的,提出控制回路设备选型和开关柜和保护装置信号回路配合盲区的整改措施,并总结此类故障的排查方法,提高了开关柜合闸成功率和后台信息准确率,保障了现场开关柜的安全运行,实现了提质增效运行的目标。The failure of KYN48A-12 switchgear in a switch factory in Shenzhen is summarized.The fault causes are analyzed from the secondary circuit,and the defects are determined to be caused by the aging of the control circuit equipment and the blind area of the signal circuit.The selection of control circuit equipment and the rectification measures for the blind area of the switch cabinet and the signal circuit of the protection device are proposed,and the troubleshooting methods for such faults are summarized.It improves the success rate of switchboard closing and the accuracy rate of background information,ensures the safe operation of field switchboard,and achieves the goal of improving quality and efficiency operation.
