摘  要:冷缩附件用硅橡胶绝缘的交联度决定了与交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘之间界面“抱紧力”的大小,从而影响附件的电气性能。为了研究热老化对不同交联度硅橡胶电气性能的影响,制备了不同交联度的硅橡胶试样,对热老化前后硅橡胶试样进行凝胶含量、红外光谱、电导-温度特性和击穿强度等测试分析。测试结果表明,硫化剂的用量决定了硅橡胶交联键的密度,适当提高硫化剂的含量,可增加硅橡胶的交联度;硅橡胶在热老化过程中,会发生侧链甲基基团的氧化,引起进一步的交联反应;硅橡胶较高的交联度,会使体积电导率减小、击穿强度提高且数据分散减小。The cross-linking degree of silicone rubber insulation used for cold-shrinking accessories determines the"holding force"at the interface between the insulation of cross-linked polyethylene cables,which affects the electrical properties of the accessories.In order to study the influence of thermal aging on the electrical properties of silicone rubber with different cross-linking degree,silicone rubber samples with different cross-linking degree were prepared.The gel content,infrared spectrum,conductivity-temperature characteristics and breakdown strength of silicone rubber samples before and after thermal aging were tested and analyzed.The results show that the density of silicone rubber cross-linking bond is determined by the amount of curing agent.The cross-linking degree of silicone rubber can be increased by increasing the content of curing agent properly.During the thermal aging of silicone rubber,the oxidation of side chain methyl groups occurs,which leads to further cross-linking reaction.The high cross-linking degree of silicone rubber will decrease bulk conductivity,increase breakdown strength and decrease data dispersion.
