摘 要:±500 kV直流输电工程在电网已运行多年,直流输电的节能性、可靠性、稳定性得到验证,但随着运行时间的增长,个别换流阀核心器件电抗器出现运行异常的情况。针对某±500 kV换流站一起换流阀电抗器异常放电现象开展原因分析,并提出可应用于工程的解决方法。首先对异常放电的电抗器进行勘察,确定放电位置,并对比同阀厅未出现异常的电抗器,分析异常放电的原因。然后提出增加屏蔽环的整改措施,并通过仿真和试验,验证了所设计的金属屏蔽环对电抗器的电场分布有明显改善效果,对后续电抗器的运行维护、设计提供参考。The±500 kV DC transmission project has been operated in China′s power grid for many years.The energy-saving,reliability and stability of DC transmission have been verified.However,with the growth of operation time,the reactor,the core component of individual converter valve,has abnormal operation.The causes of an abnormal discharge of converter valve reactor in a±500 kV converter station are analyzed,and a solution that can be applied to the project is proposed.Firstly,the abnormal discharge reactor is investigated to determine the discharge position,and the cause of abnormal discharge is analyzed by comparing the reactors without abnormal discharge in the same valve hall.Then,corrective measures to increase the shielding ring are proposed,and it is passed through simulation and testing.The results show that the designed metal shielding ring has a significant improvement effect on the electric field distribution of the reactor.This study provides a reference for the operation,maintenance and design of subsequent reactors.
