摘  要:针对电机维护改造相关企业在工艺运行检测阶段对成品电机检测耗时过长、效率低、故障源诊断追踪不明的问题,以MATLAB为仿真平台,构建相应电机预测模型。经与实际电机运行参数对比,验证了该模型的可行性,提高了追踪故障源准确性与检测工艺的效率,实用性强,具有参考价值。但是受技术限制,该技术尚不能在实际工厂中运用。Motor maintenance and renovation related enterprises take too long to detect the finished motor in the process operation detection stage,which is inefficient,and the fault source diagnosis tracking is not clear.In order to solve the problems,the corresponding motor prediction model is built based on MATLAB as the simulation platform.Compared with the actual motor operation parameters,the feasibility of the model is verified,and the accuracy of tracing fault sources and the efficiency of detection process are improved.The model is practical and has reference value.However,due to technical limitations,it cannot be used in factories.
