摘 要:随着人们劳作方式与生活习惯的改变,慢性腰背痛成为了大多数人主要的健康问题,并导致社会经济成本增高和生活质量的降低。退变性椎间盘疾病被视为疼痛的一个重要来源。后路腰椎体间融合(posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)历来被认为是治疗腰椎退行性疾病的首选方法。然而,随着研究的增加,更多的报道描述了融合术的缺陷,为解决这些问题,非融合技术应运而生。而其中,Dynesys动态内固定系统是目前临床上应用较广泛的腰椎非融合技术,与脊柱融合术相比,使用Dynesys系统作为非融合椎弓根螺钉稳定结构具有良好的效果。然而,Dynesys系统并非没有并发症和不良事件,本文就其最常见并发症的研究做一综述。With the change of people’s working style and living habits,chronic low back pain has become the main health problem in the most people,which leads to the increase of socioeconomic cost and the loss of life quality.Posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)has always been regarded as the first choice for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.However,with the increase of research more reports describe the defects of fusion.To solve these problems,non-fusion technique came into being.Among them,Dynesys dynamic internal fixation system is a widely used non-fusion technique of lumbar spine at present.Compared with fusion,Dynesys system archives good outcomes by stabilizing the structure with non-fusion pedicle screws.However,Dynesys system also has its complications and adverse events.This article reviews the researches on the most common complications of the Dynesys.
