摘 要:新型定子永磁–变磁阻式旋转变压器在继承传统变磁阻式旋转变压器简单坚固转子结构的同时,可突破高频激励带来的限制。该文利用轴向磁场技术扩展定子永磁–变磁阻式旋转变压器的范畴,设计一种轴向无槽结构的奇数极旋转变压器,其结构紧凑,且叶形转子使传感器附加惯性减小,更适合高速应用场合。针对中高速和全速度2种应用场景,该文给出2种印刷电路板绕组设计方案,并基于磁场调制理论展开分析。通过有限元仿真和样机实验进行分析、比较,验证了所提方案的正确性。The novel stator-PM variable reluctance(VR)resolver can break through the limitations caused by high-frequency excitation, while inheriting the simple and sturdy rotor structure of the traditional VR resolver. In this paper, the category of stator permanent magnet variable reluctance resolver was expanded by using axial magnetic field technology, and an odd pole resolver with axial slotless structure was designed. The structure of the resolver was compact, and the leaf-style rotor reduced the additional inertia of the sensor, which was suitable for high-speed applications.Aiming at two application scenarios of medium and high speed and full speed, this paper provided two kinds of printed circuit board(PCB) winding design schemes, and analyzed based on the magnetic field modulation theory. The finite element analysis(FEA) simulation and prototype experiment were carried out. Through analysis and comparison, the correctness of the proposed scheme can be verified.
