摘　　要：坐标测量球是用于校准坐标测量机的常用计量标准。本文介绍了坐标测量球直径的校准方法,并对该方法进行了不确定度的分析。Coordinate measuring spheres are the common measurement standard used to calibrate coordinate measuring machines. This paper introduces the calibration method of coordinate measuring spheres diameter, and analyzes the uncertainty of this method.
