摘　　要：探究内固定配合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者Frankel功能与预后影响。方法:选取我院2018年2月-2020年2月脊柱骨折患者90例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各45例。分别实施内固定治疗、内固定治疗+椎体成形术治疗,比较2组术后3个月患者Frankel功能及术前、术后3个月伤椎角度变化。结果:术后3个月,观察组E级占比为17.78%,较对照组的4.44%高(P<0.05);术前2组伤椎前缘高度比、后缘高度比水平相近(P>0.05),术后3个月观察组伤椎前缘高度比、伤椎后缘高度比水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.89%,与对照组的6.67%相近(P>0.05);随访1年,观察组邻近椎体骨折发生率为2.21%,与对照组的0.00%相近(P>0.05)。结论:对脊柱骨折患者手术治疗中,与单纯应用内固定治疗相比,应用内固定+椎体成形术治疗,可改善患者腰椎功能及腰椎生理曲线,且未增加术后并发症及邻近椎体骨折发生率,效果理想。Objective:To explore the effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty on Frankel function and prognosis in patients with spinal fracture.Methods:90 patients with spinal fracture in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.They were treated with internal fixation,internal fixation and vertebral body formation respectively.The Frankel function and the changes of injured vertebral angle before and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:three months after operation,the proportion of Grade E in the observation group was 17.78%,higher than that in the control group(4.44%)(P<0.05);The height ratio of anterior edge and posterior edge of injured vertebrae in the two groups were similar before operation(P>0.05);Three months after operation,the height ratio of the anterior edge and the posterior edge of the injured vertebrae in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was 8.89%in the observation group,which was close to 6.67%in the control group(P>0.05);The incidence of adjacent vertebral fracture in the observation group was 2.21%,which was close to 0.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:compared with internal fixation alone,internal fixation+vertebroplasty can improve the lumbar function and lumbar physiological curve of patients with spinal fractures,without increasing the incidence of postoperative complications and adjacent vertebral fractures.The effect is ideal.
