补肾活血汤辨证加减治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：分析补肾活血汤辩证加减治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院2018年3月-2020年3月收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者72例作为研究对象,按照数字随机法将其平均分成2组,分别命名为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组患者实施常规切口复位钢板内固定术治疗,观察组患者在上述基础上加用补肾活血汤辩证加减的方案进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果:(1)2组患者在治疗前VAS疼痛评分以及骨密度对比无明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。治疗后12周观察组患者的VAS疼痛评分为(2.42±1.82)分,明显低于对照组;观察组患者治疗后骨密度为(-2.52±0.71)g/cm^(3),2项结果明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。(2)观察组患者术后消肿时间为(10.55±2.09)天、首次下床时间为(6.04±1.43)天,骨折愈合时间为(11.06±2.19)周,住院时间为(13.23±2.01)天,各项用时均明显短于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。(3)观察组患者治疗有效率高达91.67%,明显高于对照组患者的72.22%,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:老年股骨转子间骨折患者在常规手术治疗的基础上辩证增加服用补肾活血汤临床效果显著,可以减轻患者疼痛感并提高患者骨密度。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Seventy-two cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the numerical random method,they were divided into two groups,namely the conventional group and the experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional incision reduction and internal fixation with steel plate.On the basis of the above,the experimental group was treated with the dialectical addition and subtraction of Bushen Huoxue Decoction,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)there were no significant differences in VAS pain score and bone mineral density between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,showing no statistical significance.12 weeks after treatment,the VAS pain score of the experimental group was(2.42±1.82)points,significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the bone mineral density of the experimental group was(-2.52±0.71)g/cm^(3),both results were significantly better than the conventional group.P<0.05 was statistically significant.(2)The postoperative detumescence time of the experimental group was(10.55±2.09)d,the first time to get out of bed was(6.04±1.43)d,the fracture healing time was(11.06±2.19)weeks,and the hospital stay time was(13.23±2.01)d,all of which were significantly shorter than that of the conventional group.P<0.05 was statistically significant.(3)The effective rate of experimental group was up to 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional group(72.22%).Conclusion:In elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,the clinical effect of taking Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of conventional surgical treatment is significant,which can reduce the pain and improve the bone density of patients.
