基于郁热理论的新型冠状病毒肺炎病因病机探析

摘　　要：基于历代文献对伤寒、温病(疫)的相关论述和郁热理论,结合现有文献报道和新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)的实际救治工作,探讨新冠肺炎病因病机。认为戾气是产生疫病的病因,戾气是具有寒热等性质的邪气,易郁结壅塞而化热。新冠肺炎是感受寒湿戾气而引起的以发热、干咳、乏力为主要特征,具有较强传染性的急性外感热病,属寒湿疫。新冠肺炎与狭义伤寒和温病(疫)同属于广义伤寒范畴,新冠肺炎与温疫同属疫病,但感受戾气的性质不同。寒湿戾气是新冠肺炎与狭义伤寒和温病(疫)发病的基础。The causes and pathogenesis of COVID-19 are discussed on the foundation of the related statement of typhoid fever and febrile disease(epidemic)and the theory of stagnated heat in all previous dynasties literature,combined with current literature reports and therapeutic practice of COVID-19.It is believed that epidemic pathogenic factors are the cause of the epidemics,and they are the pathogens having the nature of cold or heat,vulnerable to stagnating and obstructing,and transforming into heat.COVID-19,highly contagious,is an acute external febrile disease induced by cold and damp pathogenic factors,mainly characterized by fever,dry cough and fatigue,and it belongs to cold-damp epidemics.COVID-19,and typhoid fever and febrile disease(epidemic)in the narrow sense,are of typhoid fever in the broad sense,COVID-19 and febrile disease are of the epidemics,but the natures of the pathogenic factors are different.Cold-damp pathogenic factor is the foundation of the pathogenesis of COVID-19,and typhoid fever and febrile disease(epidemic)in the narrow sense.
