中医药外治法治疗筋伤病的组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),归纳、分析《筋伤病中医外治法》中以中医药外用治疗跌打损伤的组方规律。方法:统计《筋伤病中医外治法》中的完整处方,筛选并建立方剂数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台软件挖掘其中的用药规律。结果:筛选治疗筋伤病的方剂402首,涉及中药297种。分析得出使用频次前五的药物依次为红花、乳香、没药、当归、川芎;使用频次前五的药物组合依次为没药-乳香、红花-没药、红花-乳香、红花-没药-乳香、红花-当归。其中没药-乳香为出现频次最高的药物组合,占总方剂的41.8%。进而得到核心组合22个,新处方11首。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对《筋伤病中医外治法》数据库筛选出的外用治疗筋伤病的方剂组方进行分析,得出组方以活血化瘀、消肿止痛、续筋接骨药等为主,进而揭示其组方规律,为临床治疗提供理论基础。Objective:To conclude and analyze the prescription-formulating law of TCM external treatment for traumatic injury in TCM external treatment of tendon injury based on TCMISS(V2.5).Methods:The complete prescriptions in TCM external treatment of tendon injury were counted and screened to establish the database of the prescriptions,TCMISS was used to unearth the medication laws in the book.Results:Altogether 402 prescriptions of treating tendon injury were screened,involving 297 herbs.Top five most frequently used drugs are Honghua(Carthami flos),Ruxiang(Olibanum),Moyao(Myrrha),Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma);top five most frequently used drug combinations are:Moyao-Ruxiang,Honghua-Moyao,Honghua-Ruxiang,Honghua-Moyao-Ruxiang,Honghua-Danggui,among them,Moyao-Ruxiang is the one that appears most frequently,and it holds 41.8%of all the prescriptions.Therefore to obtain 22 core drug combinations and 11 new prescriptions.Conclusion:By analyzing the prescriptions for external treatment of tendon injury screened from TCM external treatment of tendon injury via TCMISS,the prescription mainly contains the drugs of promoting blood circulation and eliminating stasis,relieving swelling and ceasing pain,promoting union of fracture healing,and then its prescription-formulating law is revealed to provide theoretical foundation for clinical therapy.
