灸法联合敷贴治疗对颈椎病患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究灸法联合敷贴治疗对颈椎病患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法:选择83例颈椎病患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用灸法联合敷贴治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、Northwick Park颈痛量表评分(Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire,NPQ)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)和生活质量(the MOS-36-item short-from health survey,SF-36)评分,并测定颈部活动度。结果:观察组临床总有效率[97.62%(41/42)]显著高于对照组[82.93%(34/41)](P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候总积分、NPQ和VAS评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组分值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组颈椎活动度和生活质量评分均提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灸法联合敷贴治疗颈椎病能有效改善患者颈椎活动度,缓解患者颈部疼痛并提高生活质量。Objective:To explore moxibustion and application on pain degree and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:All 83 patients were selected,divided into the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(41 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted conven tional medicine,and the observation group was treated by moxibustion and application.To observe clinical effects,TCM syndrome integrals,NPQ,VAS and SF-36 between both groups,and detect neck range of motion.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[97.62%(41/42)],remarkably higher than[82.93%(34/41)]of the control group(P<0.05);After the treatment,TCM syndrome integrals,NPQ and VAS scores were reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,neck range of motion and the scores of quality of life were increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion and application could effectively improve the patients'neck range of motion,relieve pain and improve quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis.
