基于数据挖掘分析古代医家治疗阴黄与阳黄用药规律

摘　　要：目的分析古代中医治疗黄疸阳黄证、阴黄证的用药思路。方法通过搜集古代医家治疗黄疸有效处方,运用“中医传承计算平台”对用药情况进行分析。结果经过筛选与排除共检索出治疗阳黄217首,阴黄30首,共列出治疗阳黄、阴黄的高频药物各10味,得出治疗黄疸药物均以寒温为主,五味多为苦、甘、辛。高频药物组合包括白术-茯苓、猪苓-泽泻、附子-茵陈药对。聚类分析方面分别列出治疗阴黄、阳黄5个核心组合,涵盖茵陈五苓散、茵陈蒿汤等著名方剂。结论中国古代医家治疗黄疸不论阴黄、阳黄证均分类论治,对临床中医辨证治疗黄疸具有重要意义。Objective To explore and analyze the medication ideas of treating jaundice of Yang Huang syndrome and Yin Huang syndrome in ancient Chinese medicine.Methods By collecting the effective prescriptions for treating jaundice recorded in the“Canon of Chinese Medicine”.Results A total of 217 prescriptions for treating Yang Huang and 30 prescriptions for treating Yin Huang by filtering and exdudeing co retrieval.A total of 10 high frequency drugs for the treatment of Yang Huang and Yin Huang were listed.It was concluded that the drugs for the treatment of jaundice were mainly cold and warm,and the five flavors were mostly bitter,sweet and pungent.The combination of high-frequency drugs includes Baizhu and Fuling,Zhuling and Zexie,Fuzi and Yinchen.In terms of cluster analysis,five core combinations for the-treatment of Yin Huang and Yang Huang were listed respectively,included Yinchen-wuling powder and Yinchenhao Decotion.Conclusion Ancient Chinese doctors treated jaundice by classification regardless of Yin Huang and Yang Huang syndrome,which is of great significance to the clinical treatment of jaundicebasedon syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.
