摘  要:目的探讨TGF-β-ERK/MAPK信号通路在子宫内膜异位症中的作用。方法检测子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜组织中TGF-β的表达及其对ERK/MAPK信号通路的激活效应。结果与正常对照组相比,子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜间质细胞TGF-β的表达显著升高;TGF-β的过度表达增加了子宫内膜间质细胞的增殖、上调增殖细胞核抗原和细胞周期蛋白D1表达;TGF-β激活了ERK/MAPK信号通路。结论TGF-β通过ERK/MAPK信号通路促进子宫内膜异位症发生。Objective:To explore the regulatory mechanism of TGF-β-ERK/MAPK signaling pathway in endometriosis.Methods:The expression of TGF-βin uterine tissue of patients with endometriosis and its activation effect on ERK/MAPK signaling pathway were detected.Results:Compared with the normal group,the expression of TGF-βin endometrial stromal cells in patients with endometriosis was significantly increased;Overexpression of TGF-βincreased the proliferation of endometrial stromal cells and up regulated the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen and cyclin D1;TGF-βactivated ERK/MAPK signaling pathway.Conclusion:TGF-βpromotes endometriosis through ERK/MAPK signaling pathway.
