摘　　要：颈椎病多伴有抑郁或焦虑、记忆力减退、眩晕、头痛、眼胀、视力减退、心慌、心悸、耳鸣和听力减退等脑-交感神经症状,此类症状多由非典型颈椎病的脊髓、神经压迫引起;同时脑交-感神经症状重时还会掩盖颈椎病患者颈部疼痛、功能障碍症状,常影响颈椎病的诊断及治疗,明确这些症状的产生机制对颈椎病的诊断及治疗非常重要。近年来,随着诊断技术的提高以及颈椎病治疗方法的改进,颈椎病脑-交感神经症状的产生机制研究取得了较大进展。本文就近年来国内外相关文献进行总结,对颈椎病脑-交感神经症状产生机制进行综述。Cervical spondylosis is often accompanied by brain-sympathetic symptoms,such as depression or anxiety,memory loss,dizziness,headache,eye swelling,vision loss,palpitations,tinnitus and hearing loss.Because most of these symptoms are spinal cord and nerve compression of atypical cervical spondylosis,and in severe cases,they may cover up the symptoms of neck pain and dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylosis.Thus they often affect the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis.There are a lot of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.It is very important to clarify the mechanism of these symptoms for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis.In recent years,with the improvement of diagnostic technology and treatment methods for cervical spondylosis,the mechanism of brain sympathetic symptoms of cervical spondylosis has made great progress.This article summarizes the relevant literature and the mechanism of cervical spondylosis brain-sympathetic symptoms both at home and abroad.
