摘 要:该系统以模型技术为核心,基于历史水雨情数据和下垫面条件,构建洪水预报方案。在系统实现方面,采用基于SOA的可扩展架构建设业务系统,提供组件化、模块化的应用服务,建设以WebGIS为平台、基于B/S模式的实时洪水预报系统,实现雨水情预警实时监控与流域、河道重要节点洪水预测预报、历史情景还原以及多场景洪水模拟等功能,达到洪水预报业务专业化管理水平,满足昌平区洪涝风险分析、评估研判洪水趋势及减轻洪涝灾害影响的需求。Based on historical rainfall data and underlying surface conditions,a flood forecasting scheme was constructed.In the aspect of system realization,the business system was built with an extensible architecture based on SOA to provide component-based and modular application services.In addition,a real-time flood forecasting system based on B/S mode and WebGIS platform will be built to realize monitoring of rain warning,flood forecasting of important river nodes,historical scene restoration and multiscene flood simulation.The purpose is to reach the professional management level of flood forecasting business,and meet the needs of flood risk analysis,assessment and judgment of flood trends and mitigation of flood disasters in Changping District.
