摘 要:目的:建立水果中多环芳烃的高效液相色谱-紫外荧光检测分析方法,并进行初步污染成分分析。方法:样品经水-乙腈溶剂渗透、超声提取、吸附净化,HPLC-UV-FLD定量测定,污染成分统计分析。结果:16种PAHs线性关系良好,r>0.999,方法检出限和定量限分别为(0.03~0.60)μg/kg和(0.10~2.00)μg/kg,平均回收率为81.6%~96.7%,相对标准偏差为3.9%~7.7%。组分萘、菲和荧蒽污染程度较大,3环、4环和2环检出浓度较高。结论:该方法准确灵敏、快速高效,可满足水果中多环芳烃的定量检测要求。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in fruits by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with ultraviolet fluorescence detection(UF) and to analyze the polluted components.Methods: The samples were permeated by water acetonitrile solvent, extracted by ultrasonic, purified by adsorption, determined quantitatively by HPLC-UV-FLD,and analyzed statistically.Results:The linear relationship of 16 PAHs was good, r>0.999,the detection limit and quantification limit of the method were(0.03~0.60)μg/kg and(0.10~2.00)μg/kg respectively, the average recovery was 81.6%~96.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.9%~7.7%.The pollution degree of naphthalene, phenanthrene and fluoranthene is relatively high, and the detection concentration of ring 3,ring 4 and ring 2 is relatively high.Conclusion:The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and efficient, and can meet the requirements of quantitative determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in fruits.
