摘　　要：质量体系文件是国家法定计量检定机构开展各项工作的指导性文件,该文件的有效实施,能够提高机构的工作质量与工作效率。本文利用WSR方法论的相关理论,对中心质量体系文件中的物理、事理、人理三个方面进行分析研究,实现了质量管理因素的深入辨识和控制。Quality system documents are the guiding documents for the national legal metrological verification institutions to carry out various work. The effective implementation of quality system documents can improve the work quality and efficiency of the institutions. Based on the relevant theories of WSR methodology, this paper analyzes and studies the physical, scientific and human aspects of the quality system documents of the center, and realizes the in-depth identification and control of quality management factors.
