摘　　要：本文依据JJG 966-2010《手持式激光测距仪检定规程》中的示值误差测量方法,建立了相应的测量模型,从标准器引入误差、仪器的测量重复性、安置误差和阿贝误差等方面,分析了手持式激光测距仪示值误差的测量不确定度,采用最小二乘法拟合得出全量程范围内的测量不确定度U=0.6mm+1×10D(k=2)。According to JJG 966-2010 "Verification Regulations of Hand-held Laser Distance Meters",this paper establishes the corresponding measurement model, and analyzes the measurement uncertainty of the indication error of handheld laser distance meter from the aspects of the error introduced by the standard, the measurement repeatability of the instrument, the placement error and Abbe error.The measurement uncertainty U=0.6 mm+1×10D(k=2) in the full range was obtained by the least square fitting method.
