摘  要:攀钢钒按照"稳定、高效、经济、节能、环保"的总体原则开展1200m^(3)高炉节能环保大修工作.新增软水密闭循环冷却系统、新增热风炉双预热系统,在原除尘系统上进行利旧大修.采用全冷却薄壁结构,优化攀钢特色长寿型复合炉衬结构,采用水冷炉底,对炉体冷却水系统、冷却设备、炉体耐火材料等方面进行系统深度优化,为延迟炉龄打下了坚实基础.The overhaul work was carried out for 1200m^(3) blast furnace in accordance with the general principle of stability,high efficiency,economy,energy saving and environmental protection.The closed loop soft water cooling system and double preheating system for hot air furnace are equipped.Make a modification on the original dedusting system.The fully cooled thin wall is adopted to optimize the structure of long-life compound furnace lining which is unique to Pangang.Water cooled bottom is used.Make a systematical and deep optimizing from the aspects of cooling water system,cooling equipment and refractory materials of the furnace body.This lays a solid foundation for prolong the furnace campaign.
