摘　　要：利用CSI2130振动分析仪对炼铁厂球团鼓干风机实施故障诊断,根据诊断数据分析振动超常原因,发现风机与电机对中性不好,及时调整了风机与电机的对中量,使系统振动减小,碰磨现象消失,设备的运行状态得到明显改善.Fault diagnosis on the pellet drum dry fan of iron making plant is carried out by means of CSI2130 vibration analyzer.Analyze the reason of abnormal vibration according to the diagnosis data.It's found that the alignment between the fan and the motor is not good.After aligning,vibration is decreased,crash and friction is eliminated.The operation status of equipment is improved obviously.
