摘　　要：文章阐述了鞍钢鲅鱼圈烧结系统的烧结机台车、密封盖板、风箱支管、双层阀以及机头电除尘漏风的主要原因和治理漏风的整改措施、新技术的应用.目的是降低烧结系统的漏风率,节约生产成本,提高台时产量,优化环境质量.Describe the main reason of air leakage on the sintering machine trolley,seal cover,bellow branch pipe,double valve and electric deduster mounted on the head of sintering machine.Introduce the rectification measures and application of the new technology.The purpose is to reduce the air leakage rate of sintering system,save the production cost,improve the output and optimize the environmental quality.
