摘 要:为研究自由弯曲成形过程中弯曲件的成形质量问题,以H62黄铜管为例,开展了管材自由弯曲成形的ABAQUS模拟和试验研究。通过有限元模拟与试验相结合的方法,得到关键工艺参数对管材壁厚变化和截面畸变的影响规律,并利用正交试验获取成形工艺参数组合。试验结果表明:当万向球模内腔圆弧半径r为5mm,管-模间隙值Δa为0.2 mm,弯曲模与导向机构的距离A为36 mm,管材进给速度V为20 mm/s时,成形质量最佳,在此参数下弯曲成形的管材壁厚减薄率控制在8%以内,截面畸变率控制在5%以内,有效提高了成形质量。In order to study the forming quality of bending parts in the process of free bending, ABAQUS simulation and experimental research on free bending of H62 brass pipe are carried out. Through the combination of finite element simulation and experiment, the influence law of key process parameters on pipe wall thickness change and section distortion is obtained, and the combination of forming process parameters are obtained by orthogonal test. The test results show that the forming quality is the best when the inner cavity arc radius r of the universal ball die is 5 mm, the tube die gap value ?a is 0.2 mm, the distance A between the bending die and the guide mechanism is 36 mm, and the pipe feed speed V is 20 mm/s. Under this parameter, the wall thickness reduction rate of the pipe formed by bending is controlled within 8% and the section distortion rate is controlled within 5%, which effectively improves the forming quality.
