摘  要:根据不锈钢烟尘中富含过渡金属元素Fe和Cr的特点,通过调节其Fe/Cr摩尔比,并采用微波加热方式,制备出呈色优异、着色性能优良的黑色陶瓷颜料。实验包括配料设计、颜料制备、颜料物相和微观结构表征、光学性能检测、陶瓷制备及呈色测定等多个环节,涉及矿物学、材料学及色彩光学等多个学科领域的基础知识,能够促使学生形成良好的多学科交叉创新意识,拓展学术视野和科研兴趣,提升科研意识和实践创新能力。The black ceramic pigment with excellent color and coloring performance was synthesized by modifying the Fe/Cr mole ratio in stainless steelmaking dust and heating by microwave, based on the properties of rich transition metal components Fe and Cr in stainless steelmaking dust. The experiment contains several links,including the raw material component design, the preparation of pigment, the phase and microstructure analysis of pigment, the optical properties testing, the ceramic preparation and the color determination, etc. In addition, the experiment involves the basic theories in multiple subject areas, such as mineralogy, material science and color optical theory. Learning the experiment would assist students in developing good interdisciplinarity innovation consciousness, cultivating the academic viewpoint and scientific research interest, and enhancing scientific research consciousness and practical innovation ability.
