摘  要:应急管理信息化平台是风电场应对突发事件、实现智慧应急的核心载体。在充分分析5G技术生态、应急管理信息化内涵的基础上,从数据治理角度阐述了5G技术生态与应急管理信息化平台需求的契合性,并在此基础上设计了平台的相关架构。具体包括“七横二纵”的总体架构、全流程应急管理的功能架构、数据治理逻辑清晰的数据架构、多种技术深度融合的技术架构、5G技术赋能的通信网络架构以及多元主体协同共治的组织管理架构。研究结果表明5G技术生态能够推动平台信息化、智慧化的改造升级,研究可为风电场智慧应急能力的提升和信息化平台的建设提供参考。Emergency management information platform is the core carrier for wind farm to deal with emergencies and realize intelligent emergency response. Based on the full analysis of the connotation of 5G technology ecology and emergency management informatization, the compatibility between 5G technology ecology and the requirements of emergency management information platform is elaborated from the perspective of data governance, and the related architecture of the platform is designed on this basis, specifically including the overall architecture of "seven horizontal and two vertical", the functional architecture of the whole process emergency management, the data architecture with clear data governance logic, the technical architecture with deep integration of various technologies, the communication network architecture empowered by 5G technology, and the organization and management framework with cooperation of multiple subjects. The research results show that 5G technology ecology can promote the transformation and upgrading of platform informatization and intelligence,and the research can provide reference for the improvement of intelligent emergency response capacity of wind farm and the construction of information platform.
