摘 要:大数据技术运用于政府采购符合发展趋势和改革要求。该文基于系统论,提出大数据在政府采购数字化中的应用概念框架,以提高政府采购信息感知能力、提升政府采购监管水平和为政府采购提供有力支持。该文从政府采购全流程角度,分析了大数据在数据库、需求管理、采购组织实施和供应商管理等方面的应用,并探讨了应用中数据质量可靠性和真实性、管理者对数字化的认同和数据的安全和隐私等挑战与对策。The application of big data technology in government procurement conforms to development trend and reform requirements. Based on the system theory, this paper proposes a conceptual framework for the application of big data in the digitalization of government procurement, so as to improve the information perception ability of government procurement, enhance the level of government procurement supervision and provide strong support for government procurement. From the perspective of the whole process of government procurement, this paper analyzes the application of big data in database, demand management, procurement organization implementation and supplier management, and discusses the challenges and countermeasures of data quality reliability and authenticity, managers’ recognition of digitalization and data security and privacy in the application.
