摘　　要：农村科技创业服务体系以吸引人才返乡创业为运转目标,体系优化以精准对接供需为基础。基于服务金三角模型构建农村科技创业服务体系,将创业者置于体系核心,在整体把握运转框架的基础上,靶向调研政策、平台、人力资源建设中服务供给与创业者需求的差距,从内外合力探索系统优化路径:通过健全认知、表达、回应机制明确、传输、反馈创业者的核心诉求,统筹内三角向心运转;聚焦政策供给精准度、平台建设专业度、人才规划合理度,释放外三角叠加效应。通过优化服务供给,满足创业者需求,促进农村科技创业服务体系向专业、集成、高效发展,以科技创新赋能河北省乡村振兴。The rural science and technology entrepreneurship service system takes attracting talents to return home for entrepreneurship as operation goal,and the system optimization is based on the accurate connection between supply and demand.Based on the service triangle model,this paper constructs a rural science and technology entrepreneurship service system,puts entrepreneurs at the core of the system,and aims to investigate the gap between service supply and entrepreneur demand in the construction of policy,platform and human resources,explores the optimization path with the joint efforts of internal and external:clarify,transmit and feed back the core demands of entrepreneurs by improving the cognition,expression and response mechanism,and coordinate the centripetal operation of the inner triangle;focus on the accuracy of policy supply,professionalism of platform construction and rationality of talent planning to release the superposition effect of outer triangle.Through optimizing the service supply,meeting the needs of entrepreneurs,it aims to promote the professional,integrated and efficient development of rural science and technology entrepreneurship service system,and empower the rural revitalization of Hebei province with scientific and technological innovation.
