参芪麦味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果和对血糖及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨参芪麦味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果和对血糖及炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取2020年4月至2021年3月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者88例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各44例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参芪麦味地黄汤治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、血糖水平及炎症指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.061,P<0.05);观察组治疗后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=4.735、4.283、2.426、4.496、4.437、2.145、3.193,均P<0.05)。结论 参芪麦味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病能提高临床疗效,改善患者的血糖水平,减轻炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its influence on blood sugar and inflammatory factor levels. Methods A total of 88 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from April2020 to March 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metformin, and in the observation group were treated with combined Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood sugar level and inflammatory indexes of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.061, P<0.05);the levels of HbA1c, FPG, 2 hPG, CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-6 after treatment in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, the differences between two groups were all statistically significant(t=4.735, 4.283, 2.426, 4.496,4.437, 2.145, 3.193, all P<0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction can increase the clinical efficacy on treatment of type 2 diabetes,improve the blood sugar level of patients and reduce inflammation.
